KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE launches 24/365 anime song streaming project

KING CREATIVE FUN announced the launch of a 24/365 anime song streaming project called Anileap, which will stream songs on YouTube LIVE. It is described as a project “which aims to create a community where everyone in all generations around the world can listen to anime songs casually”.

The project includes opening and ending songs, old and new, “carefully chosen from the archives of KING RECORD”. A beta livestream began on June 27 at 10:00 a.m. Japan time.

Songs used for the project include Nana Mizuki“ETERNAL FLAME”, Yui Horie‘s “Love of Destiny,” angela“Shangri La”, Megumi Hayashibara“Soul Salvation” and Ritsuko Okazaki‘s “For the Fruit Basket”. They have also been released on Spotify and various other streaming services as a playlist.

KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE also announced that the animation art project NOSTALOOKwhich produces animations reminiscent of cartoons from the 70s to 90s, and a contemporary design studio us+ “join as a creator[s] from the world of ‘Anileap’. The stream features original animation from the first, in which “a girl named ‘Leap’ travels the universe and listens to the anime songs while inside the spaceship.”

The press release added that there will be “more exciting projects to come.”
