A fan asked Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh if he had the same singing talent as his father Nitin Mukesh and his grandfather, Mukesh. He said that if he could sing, no one could sing like his late grandfather could.
A fan on Twitter shared a return video of Neil’s special appearance as a child actor in the titular song of Govinda’s 1989 feature film Jaisi Karni Waisi Bharnii. The song was sung by Neil’s father, Nitin Mukesh.
Along with the video, the fan tagged Neil and wrote, “You looked so cute as a kid. Can you sing like #NitinMukeshJi and #MukeshJi?”
To this, the 39-year-old actor replied that he could sing, but not “ like ” his father and grandfather. “Thank you very much. And to answer your question. No one can sing like my beloved grandfather, the legendary Mukesh Ji or my father, Nitin Mukesh Ji. But I sing (not a bathroom singer),” with a series of emoticons.
Mukesh, proclaimed “Voice of the Millennium”, is one of the iconic play singers in the Hindi film industry.
